As an early adopter of the internet with many years experience hosting my own sites, I have also used several ISPs in 4 countries to host sites. I recently had the experience of my Baltimore based ISP service collapsing and me not being able to reach the person who ran the business. I eventually had a friend in the US get through to be told that the ISP had decided to pull out of the business after being hacked & losing all their web sites. That has to have been the best negative thing that has happened to me because if it hadn't I wouldn't have gone looking for a new hosting service.
Hostedtoday have proven to be a rolls-royce solution at mini-minor prices. I am one very happy customer who feels I now have real control of my web site as if I was hosting it myself. Importantly my costs are much lower for what I deem a superior service. The functionality is better than my last ISP. Above all, the tutorials have helped me solve a couple of 'hit-a-brickwall' problems. Your email tech support is very responsive and delightfully polite (customer sensitivity is not always obtained from technical people - so much the better when it is)

I love the control panel, much easier and more powerful than any other I have ever used. No longer do I have to email the admin every time I want to set up a database.
Hosted Today offers a lot of handy features that other sites would normally charge extra for. I found it very
disturbing that other hosts demanded extra money for entering one command into the system, like adding a database or pointing an extra web address to the site.
